Is OKAY TASKS a cleaning company?
OKAY TASKS is a platform that connects customers with housekeeping and cleaning service providers. All cleaning sessions listed on the OKAY TASKS platform are performed by verified vendors, either individuals or cleaning companies, ensuring quality and reliability.
How does OKAY TASKS work?
OKAY TASKS is a mobile app that connects customers with cleaning service vendors. Through OKAY TASKS, customers can easily find, book, and pay for top-quality cleaning services at transparent prices, hassle-free. Meanwhile, cleaning service vendors can use our platform to optimise their workforce and expand their businesses.

How can I sign up for an OKAY TASKS account?
You can sign up for an OKAY TASKS account via our app, available on Google Play, the App Store, and App Gallery.
What are your terms of use and privacy policy?
We value your privacy. All personal information shared with OKAY TASKS is securely managed and protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA 2010) and its regulations. For more information, please refer to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
How can I manage my account?
You can manage your account and all relevant details by logging into the OKAY TASKS mobile app and navigating to the Profile Tab.
How do I book a cleaning service?

How do I know if my booking is confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed once you complete the payment for your chosen cleaning service. You will receive a confirmation email notification once the payment process is completed.
Can I book an instant on-demand cleaning service?
Yes, use the OKAY TASKS “Book Now” function to match with a trained cleaner nearby as soon as possible.
Can I book a scheduled cleaning service?
Yes, you can use the “Book Later” function to arrange scheduled cleaning services, specifying the date and time for your cleaning sessions in the OKAY TASKS mobile app.
How to Topup OK POINTS
You can top up OK Points by navigating to the Profile Tab in the OKAY TASKS mobile app. Click the top-up button, enter the amount you wish to add, and make the payment using either a credit/debit card, e-wallet, or online banking.
Refund - Cancellation by User
OKAY TASKS will provide a refund in the form of e-wallet (OKAY TASKS Points) if a booked cleaning session is canceled by the customer before the start of the session.
Refund Policy
If you are unsatisfied with our cleaning services, email us at contact@okaytasks.com within seven (7) days of the service with proof of purchase and supplementary evidence. OKAY TASKS admin will investigate and notify you once the investigation is completed.
What types of cleaning services does OKAY TASKS offer?
General cleaning service
Do OKAY TASKS cleaners provide equipment and cleaning tools?
No, to avoid cross-contamination and accommodate personal preferences, OKAY TASKS cleaning crews do not bring their own supplies. Please provide the following: ladder, vacuum cleaner, broom, mop, duster, brushes, cloths, and pails.
Where does OKAY TASKS operate?
Please refer to our coverage area. We will expand coverage as more individuals and cleaning companies join our platform as service providers.
Can I request the same cleaner for future bookings?
Currently, our platform assigns cleaners randomly, so we cannot guarantee the same cleaner for future bookings. However, for regular bookings, we may be able to arrange the same cleaner.
What if something is damaged during a cleaning service?
Our cleaning crews are professionally trained and vetted to deliver the best service. If you encounter any issues, email us at contact@okaytasks.com within seven (7) days with proof of purchase and supplementary evidence. OKAY TASKS will investigate and notify you upon completion.
What payment methods are available?
We accept three payment methods: credit/debit card, ewallet, and OK Points.
Can I request an invoice/receipt for my booking?
Your invoice/receipt and booking details are accessible in your account under the Activity Tab. For a customized invoice, email us at contact@okaytasks.com.
Do I need to be home or at the office during the cleaning session?
Yes, we strongly encourage you to be present during the cleaning session to avoid any undesirable circumstances.
What should I do if I have pets?
Please keep your pets on a leash or in a secure place while our cleaning crews are at your home.
Are cleaning services available on weekends and public holidays?
Yes, OKAY TASKS cleaning services are available 365 days a year.
Individuals / Cleaning Companies
How do I join the OKAY TASKS platform?
Individuals or companies can register with OKAY TASKS as a vendor in OKAY TASKS mobile app. Once registered, you can list your services and reach more customers. For more information, refer to the Join Us Now tab in the OKAY TASKS mobile app or contact us at +6016-286 7838.
What are the benefits of joining the OKAY TASKS platform?
OKAY TASKS aims to help individuals and vendors expand and grow their cleaning businesses. By using our app, you can reach more customers within a 10km radius of your service area. For more information, refer to the Join Us Now tab in the OKAY TASKS mobile app or contact us at +6016-286 7838.
Accept Jobs requirement
Individual and cleaning companies required to get verified by OKAY TASKS admin by submit required documents in OKAY TASKS mobile app. Individual cleaners are required to have at least 30 OK Points to accept a job, while cleaning companies need at least 50 OK Points. Please ensure that your OKAY TASKS Points in the wallet are sufficient to cover the 20% platform fee to accept a job.
