The “My Mission” feature adopts a gamified approach to home chores, encouraging users to “complete missions” to unlock savings. The rewards structure is broken down into specific milestones:

  • The Welcome Reward: Completing the 1st booking earns the user a 5% discount on their subsequent service.
  • The Consistency Tier: Reaching the 4th booking increases the reward to a 10% discount on the next task.
  • The Power User Tier: Upon reaching the 7th booking, users are rewarded with a 15% discount for their following booking.

Streamlined Savings

To participate, users simply need to navigate to the “My Mission” section within the Okay Tasks mobile app. The interface allows customers to track their progress and “Go” directly to the booking page to fulfill their next mission requirements.

This move marks a shift toward long-term customer retention for Okay Tasks. By offering a clear path to lower costs for frequent users, the platform is positioning itself as a cost-effective solution for regular household and office maintenance in the competitive Malaysian “gig economy” landscape.
